On 6th October 2025, I was recharged with a 279 pack which is an entertainment pack including data instead of monthly validity plan for my wife’s mobile no which belongs to Orissa,
But till now it was not showing in your gateway and while asking your customer executive, they are not responding properly.
Already more than 48hrs have been completed, I can’t refund my amount.
