I ordered cash on delivery. I was not at my home . My parents received the parcel. In front of the courier guy they opened the box . Instead of Blackberry 9770 .my parents found Sony damaged power bank. And the courier guy left from our premises. I called the courier guy about the wrong product than he said That is not his fault as per the address he delivered . Now I tried to reach the qubekart toll-free but the number is not working . Please I need a solution and I want to book a case on them .
