Hi,
I had replaced part of my Refrigerator one year back only and now again that part is damaged. Engineer confirmed that thermocol is getting leaked. This might be only the quality issue as there was no physical or any other kind of thing which can damage that part.
I want that part to be replaced without any cost as clearly your part was not of good quality.
