Text of Complaint by Sakthivel:

I have purchased below Powered Eye glass, after one month of purchasing facing issues on the frame like the frame’s layer is peeling.

I went to the nearby Lenskart showroom, they said the process is like I need to surrender my Eye Glass, then they will order new EyeGlass it seems.

There is no point, I need to handover my Eye Glass to Lenskart then your process will start for replacement.

Since I am wearing Powered Eyeglass without Eye Glass I can’t manage throughout the day without Eyeglass Hope you understand that situation.
