I have placed 2 orders on 14.10.2020 against order no. 16026990789138419A, 16026961859132946A which received on 16.10.2020 but out of the whole order of Rs.3500/- some products of Rs.1000/- are expired and defective products. I have raised complaint on 17.10.2020 and till now my problem is not resolved. I have called the customer care atleast 15times till now but no resolution is received. I even spoke to senior officer named Saravadit but no positive reply. This is not resistible. I want my refund. May be many people might not check the expiry date and the foods are consumed by oldies and children too as this may create adverse impact on their health. Kindly look into it as its very important. ITS VERY URGENT
