My name is Nikhil. I took a loan of ₹16,825 on 19/10/2022 and closed it on time. My account number is SL1784757. It is reflected in my CIBIL report as an open account and due to this, my CIBIL score is getting lower. QUADFIN is not closing the loan account even after the amount is paid.
Due to this, I can’t take a loan in an emergency.

I have not taken loan but showing my CIBIL in written off and impacted my CIBIL score.
Kindly look into this and help to how can resolve this fraud loan.
