Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the recent communication and the terms outlined in the agreement I received.
I was previously informed that the services in question would be provided free of charge, with no mention of any fees—administrative or otherwise. The introduction of payment requirements at this stage represents a clear contradiction of the initial agreement under which I consented to proceed. I am therefore not prepared to make any payment, nor will I accept any attempt to retroactively alter the terms previously communicated.
Furthermore, I wish to clarify that all communication related to this matter will be conducted only upon completion of the entire procedure, as was previously understood. I request that this condition be respected moving forward.
Please review this issue urgently and respond with a resolution that reflects the originally agreed-upon terms. I expect this matter to be handled fairly and promptly.
