I have been facing significant difficulties with the return process and lack of resolution from PW regarding a defective product. Despite contacting their customer service department 17 days ago, the delivery agent has failed to pick up the item, and PW has been unresponsive to my repeated attempts to resolve the issue. This prolonged delay has caused inconvenience and financial loss, as I am unable to use the defective product and have not received a refund or replacement. I urgently require their attention and a prompt resolution to this matter.
