This is to inform you that above mention electric meter is installed at IOCL Petrol Pump, Sector-33A Noida. In the year 2019 I paid Rs. 9,00,000 in your office vide DD No. 217973 dated 23/11/2019 drawn on HDFC Bank Ltd, Noida for Rs. 6,00,000, for which Department issued the receipt no. 394726785268 and also DD No. 218224 dated 17/12/2019 drawn on HDFC bank Ltd. Noida for Rs. 3,00,000 again department issued receipt no. 394226275253, Amount paid is not credited in above Account for which I am running from Pillar to Post, for such a matter which is so clear but causing huge monetary loss to me.
Several time we met S D O at Sector-23 and Mr. Sachin at Sector-62, but only assurance were given but work is still pending.So at last I came to request at your office, also since 2019 end Department till date has imposed sum of Rs. 5,57,141/- as previous arrears surcharge on us, in this pandemic time it is very difficult to survive.
Sir, I am a 65 years old widow of Late Wg. CDR Rajiv Chakravorty who died while serving the nation.I once again request you to intervene in getting the much needed/awaited respite to us.
