I had booked 2 tickets for the movie Bade Miyan Chote Miyan on 6th April for 10th April 9 A.M. show. The show got cancelled on that day. But till today (i.e. 28th April 2024) they didn’t refund the money. I called them several times, visited their box office but still didn’t get the refund amount. Such a worst service didn’t expect from a big cinema chain. Total amount is Rs. 1092.16
