• from along time i have never face problems till now but now i am using my airtel aboard from last month i was airtel was the good network provider with good service but i will tell u it worst in this world specially your so cal customer service team and backhand teams . I am using the highest plan for airtel for international roaming which 3999 per month i have already paid about 30000 INR as bill but the service of your this getting worst day by day last month i had bill of 6000 INR out which before my due date i paid half as i was not able to paid as i had delay in my salary but still airtel didnt started activated my service i was okay with it the put bar and day before yesterday i paid my full bill still my service was not activated my bars where not putted off i have call india to tell people to call and in ur stores to ask whats the matter they tell me sir your 0.51 inr is pending we cannot started i paid extra still it was not working still had bar on my services for more then 24 hrs then i called home again from internet home call customer service to pull bar they told your international package is deactivated on 31st January but how it can me i have not deactivated it and i have unbill amount of 6000 INR it was not my fault i didn’t deactivated any off my plans i was like let bill comes i will see in matter that then but again airtel have put bars on my service and now customers service is telling its backhand team putting because my unbill amount is high how can u put bars on my service if i have cleared my bill let the bill comes i will pay off with coming bill your customer service team tells me pay bill before seeing my bills how can i pay bill . Plus when i had 13000 10000 inr bill airtel didnt put bars on my account now for unbill amount of 6000inr is high if u thing i cant pay your bills i would have not paid more then 30000 inr till now as just bill Please airtel stop cheating people . I work on ship I visit countries i cant buy each countries sim so i use my airtel now airtel is playing with me my emotions cheating I suggest people to use your international services but its bad better are other services provide in India airtel it the worst cheating people now
  Its an humble respect from my end to start my service as soon as possible because i am suffering even after begin a loyal customer and now airtel is now not loyal to me
