Text of Complaint by T. Smith:

I have played the Pusher Carnival game app that promises to send money to your PayPal and Cash App. It requires you to watch a bunch of videos then goes into review for several days. Then once that is completed it is approved but you click Approve and it goes back to review again for another several days. Now after all the reviews it says you have to reach 25 kinds of collections. I don’t see them ever paying out the funds after all the playing and watching of videos. They making money from me watching the videos, so they making money from everyone playing the game trying to get the funds.

  1. I’ve had the exact same experience. I haven’t gotten to the 25 collections yet but this is very misleading. False advertisement at best. I hate these things some of us could really use the cash.

  2. It’s a scam. The BBB through the app store can help get rid of this but they won’t because of kick back’s by the people that vet this type of app.

  3. I have had the same experience I have supposedly won over $10000 but the game never pays out I wonder how much money they have made off me they should be forced to pay out

  4. This app is ridiculous. I agree with the other complainants. It says you won money and then makes all kinds of demands and you have to watch tons of apps and play for hours and hours with no result only more demands. Shame on them.

    1. HUH!!! I made it to $22,300.00 cash -made the 1000.00. Then 1200.00 then 4000.00 6000.00 …both on pp account and cash app. Now I want my money. The game says for me to collect 1.4m coins it locked up at 999999k, tried to redeem my cash got NOTHING.I WANT MY MONEY.I EARNED IT DOING AS GAME ASK,also I watched ahelva lot of adds.I will get my money, even if I have to go to the owner face to face. They owe me 22,000.00 and 22,000.00 and 23,000.00 cash. I won’t play this game anymore till cash is in my hands.

      1. Good luck with ever getting a dime lol there are many games that do this and seriously do you really think they giving away thousands so easily overall come on now folks in the end it’s all pure entertainment 😁

      2. I never received any money whatsoever.
I am in the same place as what you are.
I want my money as well because I earned it.

  5. The app froze up on me, and so I figured I’d uninstall it and then reinstall it. I couldn’t find the app once I uninstalled it, so I guess it was just as well.

  6. This just happened to me they never pay out even though it says in their rules about the algorithm they use to allow people to win rewards. They make it seem like you can win but you can’t apparently.

  7. I’ve been playing this for about a week now. Every time the money is is review. I want my money. I did everything that was asked of me and I want to get paid.

  8. Who can we talk to about this I also played for weeks and watch all those ads and it’s not giving me the money I think it’s so unfair I work and have had Covid twice and behind in my bills and was really needing this money

  9. Rip off game we need to file a class action suit against them for false advertisement and force them to pay us what they owe us. These developers keep doing this cause no one fights back but I for one am not giving up on this.im fighting it they owe me and I will get whats mine.

    1. I will go in on law suit. I’ve only played about 4 days, but they owe me $6,500 and I have jumped thru all the hoops they asked of me. Contact info below is valid for anyone wanting to start class action against these “clowns”.

      1. Yes, I’ve been playing for 5 days now and I’m maxed out on $$ and coins. I agree we should all join the class action suite.
        Anytime.

  10. I am working with an attorney looking into a class action lawsuit I want to ask whoever will to email me at jcarroll168@gmail.com with your name and phone number so I can forward it on to the attorney also take as many screenshots as possible and send them as well and will provide updates via email as they come available

    1. I’m so with you on that, they need to be sued, I’ve won over $20,000 and haven’t seen anything yet. If I had the money, I’d definitely sue them,,they should pay out the people that have played this app and followed the rules.. I hope you get what u deserve from these scammers..

    2. Same. Have tons of screenshots proving I completed everything they throw at you… until the app no longer accrues gold coins. Messages to the developer are ignored. I’ll be emailing you, and will gladly share any and all screenshots and emails with the attorney.

    3. I’m looking to sue this company along with Slot Rush. I’m wondering if it’s the same app development company.

      1. I’ve been in queue forever so yes please include me in this class action I think that false advertisement should be harsh punishment because it gives people like me single parent struggling false hopes and a lot of time wasted

    4. I have emailed u twice and asked for a reply back just to make sure that u received my email and I never got a response back. So I’m messaging u on here. Can u please tell me if u received my emails of the screenshots and other info that u asked for. And if at all possible, do u have any updates on how things are going on ur end…thank you

    5. I will email you I am over 15,000 caged out at 1000 waiting 2 days I doubt I still get it but I definitely would like to get in it if your really sending this to an attorney. Have you gotten any info from your attorney so far?

    6. I sent you my info. What they are doing is wrong. I have over 5 thousand dollars. I know I will probably never see that money, I’m just angry that they lied. A lot of might need the money they were promised.

  11. I have won $45,000 but no payout. I have entered my account info, waited for the wait period, Reviewed it. Waited, Approved it, waited, just to go through it all over again! No money is paid out EVER! I also can’t earn over 1000K in coins. It’s capped at that amount. Now however the task asks for you to earn 1.04M in coins in order to payout when the system doesn’t allow you to collect that much. They give you the task, you complete it but then have you wait, approve it and then given another task and wait period. Total SCAM! Not to meantion the amount of ads you have to watch!

  12. I think we all should contact Google cause the promote these app on their platform and we are supose to expect Google to provide and protect their customers and communities from this type Of terroristic tyranny.

  13. Yes do not play this game, I have won over 40000 dollars and will never see any of it, However they make money having us watch ads. I am sure nothing will be done though, it is like the same bingo games.

  14. If all of us are going through the same thing , let me know what lawyer will pick this up and let’s get paid for real !

  15. I’m so with you on that, they need to be sued, I’ve won over $20,000 and haven’t seen anything yet. If I had the money, I’d definitely sue them,,they should pay out the people that have played this app and followed the rules.. I hope you get what u deserve from these scammers..

  16. I would like to add that one reach the maximum Gold Coin limit, which conveniently is 100,000. You will never reach the moon needed for the 5000$ payout, not that you would of been paid for reaching out anyways given that the 25 Collection Prompt is seemingly impossible to achieve. I have all payout options filled on there except those regarding the collections and the 777 slots. I noticed that I actually got two of the required items yesterday while trying, BUT on both occasion the game didn’t count it. I’m still at 18 in the collection, 23 of the Balls for the 50,000$ payout, and nothing is going up except for the green tokens.
Not only is the game making payout impossible, it’s making it obvious that even if you get the items you need, it won’t count it any further no matter how often it shows up, no matter how often you get them. Its a malicious Ad Farm, coercing people who both want the money, but more importantly like in my and other people’s cases, need the money to help with bills.

  17. Playing, watching ads, waiting, watching more ads, playing, waiting again, repeat….task after task achieved and then you get to the unachievable “Reach 25 kinds of collections”. What a complete SCAM. And they keep making $ from all of the ads watched with the promise of a payout that never happens! Horrible!!

  18. I am in the same boat as all of you, I have played repeatedly, watched the ads, am stuck on the 25 deal like most of you, it is a scam and I agree they should pay and a class action suit is probably the most logical method to go about it. However these people are more than likely outside of any jurisdiction or have already taken the money from the ad revenue and closed up shop. If anyone has any ideas to go after them let us all know…

  19. This is also done this to me. I’ve done everything to ask now it tells me that I need to collect 25 collections which I have no idea what that means still have not received any money just watching ads and collecting more coins which do me no good. It would be nice to be paid what they tell you

    1. I agree. This game gives people who are having financial hardships hope. I played this because it was supposed to pay cash out. I need a car and bills paid..false advertising at its best!⁴

  20. I have also sent you an email as I’m at the 25 Kinds of Collections stage of the Payout stage.
I played the game for ages but I still haven’t received any cash.

    1. No one ever collects. The app advertised that it’s genuine and pays out, then sends you to a perpetual loop of reviews and tasks so that it never actually pays out.

  21. The issue with this being a scam is the fact that it openly states on their store page that it is for entertainment purposes only. “‘Pusher Carnival’ is intended for an adult audience for entertainment purposes only. Success at social casino gambling does not reward real money prizes, nor does it guarantee success at real money gambling.”

After doing exactly what I was told for a “cashout” like many of the other complaints here, I started to dig deeper into the developer and the app itself. The developers website is running a reselling script and making money. The developer is in China which laws are hard to fight cross country. The fact is they buy and sell ads for other apps that do this exact same thing: selling the guise of cashing real money out only to have a disclaimer in the app description that it’s for entertainment purposes only. It isn’t against their law to use real money as a currency in a gambling game without a real payout. For example, in USA you aren’t allowed to play with “fake” USD. Gambling sites that use “play money” aren’t allowed to use USD or fake “Cashout” persuasions. Sadly, this is a case of a person in another country abusing specific laws in order to make ad and impression revenue off of people in need. Each advertisement they have DOES have fine print, that cashouts are prone the rules and terms. Which they will resort to the claim of it being for entertainment which is included in their terms.

Scummy, Scammy, should be removed from the app market. But “technically” and otherwise sadly this isn’t illegal.

    1. When I contacted Google regarding this, they ignored it for a while. After emailing them numerous times, I got a “We’ll look into” automatic reply. I emailed them back stating that as long as they continue to offer such apps on Google Play, knowing they misrepresent themselves, and are scams, Google is complicit. At that point, I got another scripted, copy-and-paste reply stating Google isn’t responsible for what developers put on Play, unless it is found to be in violation of Google Play’s terms of service. So, I replied, asking blatant scams, such as this were in violation. If so, why is it still up. If not, why doesn’t Google consider scams to be an issue that should violate its terms of service? At this point I was ignored. A week later, I sent another email asking the same thing, and got the automated “We’ll look into it” reply.
Google (and any other platform promoting and distributing such apps) are just as guilty as the developer if they continue to distribute the apps on their platform once they’ve been notified and evidence presented. The fact is, Google (and others) receive a percentage of the profits made by any developer. That is something I discovered on Google Play’s own site, and presented to Google… Which they refused to address.
Anyone who profits from such apps are equally guilty, and “we just distribute it” shouldn’t be a defense… Try selling something illegal (drugs, for example), and trying the defense of “I was only distributing a product. I didn’t create it” and see how far that gets you.

  22. You can report the app in the Google play store.
If everyone does this it will be too much for Google to ignore.
I flagged it. Everyone on here should too.

    1. I reported the app to Google. They ignored it at first, then I kept emailing them. They don’t seem to be concerned about scam apps.

  23. Same thing here. My first payout has been in review and pending for over a month. Just got hit with the 35 collectibles and gave up.

  24. Am going through the same experiences as all the above complaints. I want to get paid for what I earned on Pusher Carnival app. I lost valuable time playing to meet all the goals to get paid.

  25. Started this game tonight – yet another victim of this scam app. How disappointing. ? I could really use that money, too. How awful, to take advantage of people like that, to appeal to their needs with less than zero intention to give them what they’re rightfully owed and wasting their time. I hope these creeps get what’s coming to them.

  26. Where’s my money? You promised and didn’t deliver, which in the US constitute fraud. I get enough signatures and it’s game over. Follow through or is this what the Sikh class has been reduced too?

  27. #1 Where’s my money? You promised and didn’t deliver, which in the US constitute fraud. I get enough signatures and it’s game over. #2 Follow through or is this what the Sikh class has been reduced too?

  28. Same here. No payouts. Misleading advertising and disclaimers. Advertised as no tricks or gimmicks, genuine paying entertainment ad app, but no payouts.

  29. I wish I had seen these before I started playing. Got to $2500 and was “charged” $7.99 then $19.99 for taxes etc. Seems reasonable as I am getting two and a half grand. Then I play until the cash amount is $49,999.05. So i tried to withdraw $25,000 and again, stupidly paid $7.99 and $19.99. When I went back to game the remaining $25,00 or so had disappeared.
Now, innocent or stupid, I take it there’s nothing I can do about it?
