I had admitted my daughter to an online language class (Italian) at ‘Prohit Academy, Andheri, Mumbai’. After meeting the owner and teacher of this class, Anita Purohit, in person at her office and later on over the phone, we sent her the entire required amount of Rs. 15000/-through GPay (receipt attached) but the class from the second day onwards. The excuses for not taking it started. On the first day, there was no class, on the second day there was only an hour and a half instead of two hours, and then there was no class. Despite repeated promises on the phone, he continued to make excuses for not taking classes. Even when I asked about returning the money, they started evading. Then, on my insistence, they talked about returning the money on June 30th, but when the money was not received on the 30th, Anita Purohit once again started acting evasively, which was clear that she did not want to return the money. (I have full screenshots of WhatsApp messages) Now she neither picks up the phone nor replies to WhatsApp messages but from any new number I call, again she does not receive that number. I have been subjected to mental harassment by Anita Purohit for the past ten days, for which I want justice.
