I have purchased a Pure it Advanced Max RO+UV+MF+MP on May 3rd, 2022 from Flipkart and on May 10th, 2022. The adapter stopped working. I had complaint on same day for the replacement of adapter, but till today (19th May) I did not get any resolution. Followed up multiple time with the customer service (which is chargeable call) They said Part is not available and not providing any estimate time for the resolution. This is very pathetic situation I have faced for a service of an RO Adapter.
Hence I need to complaint against Pure It for this worst service to the customer, so that they can provide better service in future.
