I have purchased, Tower Fan, 35″ Oscillating Quiet Cooling Fan with Remote, Digital Thermostat,12H Timer, 3 Speeds & 4 Modes, LED Display, Portable Stand Up Floor Blade for 45.98 Sterling Pounds on the 27th June, today is the 11th. When I kept enquiring about the product I why not delivered after this long time. I received 2 email messages from Amazon the first in 4th of July and the other was on the 9th advised it will be delivered. When I called the call centre to make sure that the item will be delivered tomorrow as the last email says. I was advised as price went up it will not be delivered.
Unsure if this is a new policy of Amazon that after the purchase the price goes up then item will not be delivered. This is unacceptable not that I have held any purchase and relied on the item. As you are aware the temperature is going up and I have made the purchase. I would request that this issue is clarified promptly and the fan is delivered on the date as promised with no extra cost to the original purchase price.
I would like to raise this as a complaint as not fair or the acceptable service of Amazon. As well didn’t feel my concern was addressed.
