I have purchased zee5 subscription on 22nd Aug and since then i am not able to view any content. Call has been logged with support team but everytime when i follow up with them for an update, they just say their team is working on it, but they are not giving any time frame untill when this will be resolved . They dont respond to any email. I followup using live chat. I have requested them to either resolve my issue or refund my money back. For that also they respond in the same manner that their team is working on it, but no time frame given. Case # 4218977
