I had ordered 2 in number boAt airdrop Bluetooth which was showing offer buy 2 and get 1 free with a price Rs.804.44(658+ 118 taxes+28 for shipping charge). I already made payment to MANE LAL SHARMA(Collect ID- INDB0021F5A1CEA89B77E063F87C180A40C) via payment method payu on Phonpe on 11 Jul 23. Neither I received my items nor I got any delivery updation messages. The customer care number which the company provided(02624063523) is not reachable, it could not connect the call. The mail([email protected]) id given by the Myshopify.com also not responding any reply. plz consider the case in serious manner as the Company frauding to number of people by highlighting other companies like boAt.
