We have purchased One plus CE 3 5g which is priced rs 26,999 but we have received completely different model that is One plus CE 3 lite 5g priced 19,999 on ur website on 10 th September 2023 and requested for a refund.
Now your investigation team is telling that to after one week of investigation they cannot refund.
