SIR,
I ordered the new phone oppo reno 10x zoom on 16 October 2020 on Flipkart. I received on October 21, 2020, which I unboxed and checked the phone which already had a tempered glass and had a local earphone. That’s why I talked with oppo’s customer care and I was told by the phone’s IMEI number that your phone was activated on March 23, 2020, which is the used phone. Sir, I shared complete details with flipkart and on 21 October 2020, I got the complaint register of the used phone and the phone was not picked up and the return request was cancelled. Sir, refund/replace request has been cancelled five times by flipkart. Which I am not being told to reason. So I request you to be pleased to get refunds.
