Sir, I ordered a new phone “Oppo Reno 10x zoom” on Flipkart on 16 October 2020, and received on 21 October, which I unboxed and checked the phone which already had a tempered glass. For this reason I spoke on OPPO’s customer care and through the IMEI number of the phone, I was told from there that the activation of your phone has been done on 23 March 2020, which is a used phone. Sir, I’ve shared this issue Flipkart on 21 October 2020 and got the phone’s complaint registered even after that the phone could not be picked up and the return request was cancelled. Sir, the refund request has been cancelled 5 times by Flipkart from my side, which I am not being told the reason. So, I request you to please look into the matter and kindly do the needful.
