This side Mohit.
I have purchased an AC MarQ brand 1 ton and this product I have received on 12th february 2023.
During the delivery of this product the delivery person was not shown me the product.
And when i was opened the box I found in the outdoor box their was copper pipe and wire was missing. Same time i had made video while opening the box.
Regarding this issue on same delivery day i have raised replacement request but still waiting solution from Flipkart side.
I have raised 3 times replacement but all times replacement cancelled from flipkart side.
I really worried what is my problem, if i received missing accessories then that favour i have raised issue for replacement of this product.
The product still packed in box also waiting for installation due to missing accessories.
I am requesting to flipkart team to resolve my issue and provide me a best solution for this item.
