Text of Complaint by Kiran Desai:

I have ordered for a Saree online on on 6th july 2020 on this website as I found add on Facebook. The amount of Rs.499 paid through Razorpay, received payment I’d as #54023.

Several mails sent to Razorpay and Caratworld but still item not received and refund not done.
