we have purchased HP 15s, 12th Gen Intel Core i5 8GB RAM/512GB SSD 15.6-inch(39.6 cm) Micro-Edge Anti-Glare FHD Laptop/Intel Iris Xe Graphics/Alexa/Dual Speakers/Win 11/MSO 2021/1.41 Kg, 15s- fq5111TU from AMAZON on 29th dec 2022 but it is having anu issue we have been through inspection 2 times no resolution and requested for return & refund but 5 times the return pickup was failed due to pickup team has not contacted us even we tried with customer service multiple times but no proper output kindly take this as a complaint and take necessary action.
