Dear Concerned
Greetings of the day.
I have purchased an Apple I Phone 14 Pro Max from Flipkart online portal and received it on 24th and since then after inserting the sim card it’s not working. So on 28th I gave the Apple Authorised Service centre to check and today on 10th Feb they reverted me that the Phone was tempered earlier and so they cannot give be warranty service. I too have raised complaint to Flipkart on the same.
It’s a very costly phone and I need help to get a new working Phone.
