Dear Sir,
I have Purchased vivo mobile phone in the month of October 6th 2019,with a cost of 29,990/- they have mentioned on invoice stating 10% cash back will get credited with in 90 days, but amount has not credited yet, it’s almost 8 months has passed away, went to big c store multiple times aswell where I have purchased my mobile phone but no use, even contacted vivo customer care also but no use, so please requesting you to file a complaint against vivo company and please do needful sir.
