purchased a REDMI 10 (Pacific Blue, 128 GB) from Flipkart for Rs. 12,528/-. Even though packing and everything was intact when I opened it was dummy phone with Oppo logo inside it. I ordered it on 30th May, 2022 and got the delivery of 31st May (next day). I raised a complaint and their customer care executives assured me that they looking into it. They asked me send the photographs of the product received, copy of the invoice, my aadhar card copy. I uploaded all they asked. The seller rejected my request. Today again I received a message that your request is rejected by the seller. This is very appalling situation. The seller name is Aarna Ventures Private Limited. My Order ID is OD125078506272210000.
Now I’m pretty much worried about my money whether I’ll get it back or not and if yes then till when.. So please be careful while ordering such big products and always try to make it on cod until you trust them more than yourself.
