Hi,
I have purchased a cooler bajaj platini PC96 torque. The product looks in picture so promising but when i got the package its doesnt look a like packed by bajaj. Quality from head to tow is low. Button and water filler doesnt look promising. Even i cant even open the one side to fill the water properly. Even the fan doesnt help in cooling.
very very disappointed with the product rather than using this i would like to use another product. so i tried refund option so i can purchase another one but its not giving any option.
Believing in Amazon i have bought this product but as it doesn’t come with the same quality and not getting the refund option i feel like cheated.
I just want refund so i can bought another cooler. Please help
