Purchased a boat usb cable in July 2020 through amazon of Rs 299 . It goes defective in August 2020 . I visited a authorised service centre 45 km away from my home and then they provided me different colour varient product whose price is less than my product at the time of purchase which is also not working. Now after replacing it again on some other day it now again got defective in September. A product of 2year warranty gets defective 3 times in two months then anyone can imagine the product quality. After complaining them twice through email, they didn’t replied me back. So please provide me a better solution.
