I followed all of its terms and conditions even went and loaded 500 dollars onto one of there Amazon gift cards, made my purchases, completed my order, my gift card was excepted, I then tried to check my delivery dates and my account was put on hold immediately. I sent picture receipt of the Amazon gift card, proof of account information verifying that I did make the orders, and my payment method was a valid gift card that was purchased at a Walgreens in the same city I am located just recently before I made the order. have spoke with 3 people on Amazon online chat and spoke with 2 people over the phone since August 6, 2021. They are able to check my account but says they are not able to help me resolve my issue. They say I must talk with an account specialist but they are not able to connect me with any and I can not make an appointment to speak with an account specialist. I am asking anybody to please help me resolve this issue, I will take any advice on what should I do because I have tried everything I possibly can with no progress or help from Amazon at all. What if this was you and your family? Please someone tell me what would you do? I am asking for any legal help or information on who and how to contact the right legal person to represent me with my case. I will never stop calling, posting, chatting, emailing and spreading my story about the stress and disappointment my family and I are enduring as we speak. Amazon is a complete RIPOFF.
