On 30 December 2021,we had purchased a holiday package from Ms Ronak, one of the executives of Karma India Holidays at Gangtok. We bought the package for 1,75,500/- by credit card. We are paying the EMI amount every month since February 2022 as 1,75,500/- was paid through credit card generating a new loan account. She gave two day of booking in Gangtock just after taking membership to win our trust. We are trying to reach her, manger and customer care no provided on the siteand send emails. But nobody is responding. Everyone is gone. Please help
