I had purchased boats ear phone on 16.11.2022 with payment of Rs.336.00 and the payment successful confirmation received from Payu with transaction Id 36436421181738.
I have yet not received my purchase nor any information in the matter.
Please confirm on the above immediately as it is almost 20 days now for booking.
