I had placed an order on 23rd Jan 2021 with the ecommerce retail site lotusbasketmall.com for several items costing Rs. 6677 which i had paid upfront. My order no is 1118. But till date after the initial confirmation of my order on making the payment, i have not heard a word from the ecommerce site. I have sent two mail reminders to their email at [email protected] but have not received any response. There is no contact number for customer care in their website. Based on the several complaints i have seen on the web regarding this website, it appears to be a scamming site. I am really disgusted that such fake sites are popping up in social media platforms like facebook and cheating so many people. I came across this website on facebook too. Can someone please bring the people behind this fake website to task. If we can follow the money trail as to which bank account all the money scammed from unsuspecting people has been deposited , I’m sure these scamsters can be caught. I would be grateful if something can be done to get my money back and put these scamsters to task.
