SIr, I have recently purchased a washing machine from Amazon and made over the advance payment. However at the time of delivery they demanded that the old product should be in working confition for exchange. Wash tub was working and Dryer was not working hence they refused to deliver and cancelled the order. Further when searched Amazon APP and Website nowhere complaint column was available. How can such big industries are permitted to trade in India without Basic information. and service. Only assistant from Call centers are available without having any powers. Advance payment charged there should be service obligation with clear indication that Amazon also sells Old products and deals with it. Also all exchange offers are to be in working condition so that individual can purchase a new product against existing working products as he has enormous money to spend lavishly.
