I placed order of 2 shirts which was on offer from 196 store online on 22nd June, the package should have been delivered by now but I didn’t get any follow up information and later found out that the other people who purchased during this time also didn’t get information regarding their purchase and the store’s website is completely shut down now, please take necessary actions and retrieve my money back. The total sum of the money is Rs 392
