Text of Complaint by Upma:

i have placed an order for Samsung Note 9 through Airtel online store on 7th November.Documents were collected on 10th November and till now I have not received any sms or call regarding the dispatch of my order. Whenever I tried contacting Airtel on every call I got a new answer like till will take 21 days for it to be delivered, the phone has already been delivered at ur address,still waiting for verification to be done etc. none of them have the right answer for anything. The payment has already gone from my card,documents have been shared I am concerned about both. According to the app the phone should have been delivered on 13th November but still no clue.
