I paid ₹279 on 20-September 2021 to KACHHADIYA KETULKUMAR RAMESHBHAI with regards to the purchase of HEADPHONES from their online shopping site. Unfortunately, neither have I received the product nor have I received a reply from the company despite many emails sent. The last email I received from them was ‘YOUR TRANSACTION WITH KACHHADIYA KETULKUMAR RAMESHBHAI WAS SUCCESSFUL’. Kindly look into this and we hope to receive a reply soon from either the department or the supplier himself.
