I had ordered for an 13 piece brass yantra through flipkart on 09/11/2018 and the product was to reach me on 21st November 2018. When the product reaches and I opened the parcel there was only one small hand band like mala with rudraska bead and I immediate complaint to Flipkart and the sent me a sms saying we have escalated your issue to the concerned team. we resolve your problem by 26th Nov 9.00 pm you will get a call from a number starting with +9180679 and on 26th nov till 9 pm they did not call me and I called them again at round 9.30 and spoke to them and asked them to take back the product and refund the money again i got the same message saying the problem will be resolved by 28th nov from the same number. At the back of the Bill it is written by Pencil Rnd Mala.
