SIR, I PURCHASE A HANDY VACUUM CLEANER ONLINE ON COD FROM EEZEESHOP ON 29.05.2023.MY ORDER NO.IS EZ169532 AND THEY SENT THE ITEM THROUGH BLUE DART SHIPMENT NO. IS 80186086 .ITEM MODEL TP (TING PAI) 2302 WAS RECEIVED ON 02.06.2023.ITEM SENT BY THEM ON DISPLAY (VIDEO) WAS NOT AS SHOWN .ON DISPLAY WITH ITEM SHOWN BOTH FUNCTION OF CLEANING AND BLOWING CAN BE DONE , BUT WITH THE ITEM SENT ONLY VACUUM CLEANING CAN BE DONE .THE MACHINE SHOWN IS THE DISPLAY IS NOT THAT SENT TO ME.I HAD MAIL TO THEIR MAIL ID “LIVESMARROFFICIAL@GMAIL.COM” ON 04.06.2023 WITH REMINDER ON 12th JUNE & 22nd JUNE BUT NO REPLY FROM THEIR END.
