On 8th February2021 send INR 10000/- to my Mrs. Aparna Goswami state bank savings account no.36092731016 from my Punjab national bank savings account no. 3194000100103194 ( transaction UPI ID was id- UPI/103986576940/P2V/7001192642@SBI/APARNA GOSWAMI ) from my pnb upi id VPA-8918920586-@pnb but till date my payee not yet received neither reverse on my account.
complaint to pncb c.c. dated on 20-02-2021 & written complaint to my pnb branch manager dated on 04-03-2021 7 several times complaint by mail to pnb regional, zonal, head office etc. but they are avoiding telling this belongs to upi department, i complaint to upi on mail but not getting any response from your end.
Plz. solved my problem as earlier as possible.
