From 2nd Oct 2022. I was trying to get PORT code from Vodafone, for this I had sent message to 1900 PORT 9930888534 in response of this, I got message Cancellation message mentioning. “UPC cannot be generated for the reasons:1) There are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. please contact your service provider for futher assistance”.
Then on same day 2nd Oct 2022, I sent email to customercare@Vodafoneidea.com mentioning my issue.
but till not resolve the issue.
