Our POS is integrated with Swiggy and the orders directly pop up in our POS. We seldom check the backend of Swiggy since it is seamless integrated. We noticed that the sales team of Swiggy creates and publish discount offers for our products and therefore the sales is affected for us and since long time we keep receiving the amount not matching to our sales, when we explore and checked the back end then we realize that swiggy employees has created a discount offer without our consent and approvals. This has happened few years back and then sales manager has apologise as mistake and then we had stopped.
This issue should be escalated to upper management and a stern action to be taken against and we request to have refund all the amount that has been spent on the discount offer.
