I have bought Realme 8i two months back, I have faced the below issues until now :
1- While receiving incoming calls and outgoing calls, after I place my phones in my ears and while removing from my ears , the screen goes black every time
2-While receiving incoming calls , sometimes screen goes black, sometimes able to see who is calling but quickly it turns black and even if I press the power button to turn the screen on, gets cut by sometimes
I have done the backup and restore option in my phone,still issue is same
Then I have took it to the service centre, they upgraded the software. After using the mobile for 2 days, issue is again reproducing, no proper response from Realme authorized customer service centre from Ambathur( Such a worst brand , guys please be careful while buying Realme smartphones, they might make you roaming every week to service centre)
Why is my mobile getting this issue only in 2 months? The customer centre person replied it as” That is unpredictable”
Are we jokers to roam here and there every week to service centre for buying an useless smartphone? For what reason , it is named as “Award winning smartphone”? Ask your service centre executive to look into the issue properly or else replace my mobile with the new one
Otherwise I will handle over the bill which was given by service centre to the customer court and complain that this is not a safe brand, it is not as per requirements and this product has some defects while manufacturing , so you can face it legally
