Text of Complaint by Faiza:

My international boarding was not permitted by airlines at airport with valid passport and ticket saying immigration was problem as I did not have valid visa. The immigration at airport said if I get a boarding pass i will be permitted to go.
At the last minute i showed them that with travel visa exempt I could travel and port of determination. I was at the counter itself till next days flight. next day I was denied boarding pass saying I do not have ticket.airlines does no ticketing , booking nothing. Only the crew comes at the time of boarding for passengers and goes.

The travel agent make my trip I contacted .for I was very sure the international ticket remains for some days 10 days or so. The travel agent everytime I
call a new person comes. First accept it,and keep talking about visa. Do u have documents ? Sometimes says , let me check with airlines. Then goes to explain the terminology – no show. Means u did not cancel, u did not board. Some say u were deboarded, some u were off loaded.
With emails all evidences i forwarded – link for travel visa exempt, contacts of airlines ( which they don’t have to )
They r suppose to immediately give the next date , then check in. The airlines will automatically give boarding pass after check in.
I am waiting at the airport, and the travel agent asks for time upon time.
