Text of Complaint by Gaurav singh:

I had ordered for BOAT aavante sound bar on 7 th August 2022 whoose delivery date was 10th August but on delivery date delivery boy refuse to take my call and at the end of day he wrongly says that delivery attempted. On very next day no other info provided by Amazon about delivery. I continuously tried to reach at actual reason about delay in delivery but got nothing.On 12th August i again tried to have resolution and Amazon customer care representative told me I got my order upto 6pm. At 4.30 pm i come to know that my order is cancelled and returning to seller so I talked to Amazon customer care representative that lady told me that your order is damaged so it is returned. Again at another call to customer care a different person told me different reason (delivery boy tried to call me but i unavailable so my order is returned,which is totally wrong). Both the delivery team and customer care team providing me misleading information since 4 days which leads me to mental harassment. They talked in monopolistic manner and never provide correct info and at last that product cost me 9299 at that time (7th august) and now it’s cost was 9999 in this manner I have to pay 700 rupees more,so loss is mine in every manner and Amazon customer care denies any compensation regarding above matter.
