I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the services provided by Fiserv – ICICI Merchant services. I have been a customer of this company for a while, and I have discovered that there are several unnecessary charges and deductions that have been levied against my account by providing additional Terminals without my consent.

Despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue with the customer service team, I have not received any satisfactory response or resolution. I have no choice but to escalate this matter to the consumer court.
I demand that the unnecessary charges and deductions be immediately removed from my account, and that I be compensated for the losses incurred due to these charges. I also request that in the future, any changes to the fees associated with my POS machine be communicated to me in writing and with my approval only.
I look forward to a prompt and satisfactory resolution of this matter.
