Text of Complaint by Rakhee Chandel:

i had opted for airtel broadband service at my place..got a message from airtel that my area has fibre and will get a call form ur representative ASAP.I got a call today (after 3 days) and was assured will get the service today..time was decided and I kept waiting for more than a hour.. finally I called up ur representative to know the time he will be arriving…But Alas,he has the courtesy to tell me blank on my face — ” I m not coming,my manager says no service there”. He couldn’t even inform me earlier,and waited for me to call and ask him. And no service???? Then why was I messaged by airtel that service is available..is airtel playing a game with customers so they keep waiting and not use any other service….And yet not provide service.

DISAPPOINTED.. AIRTEL
