Text of Complaint by Prem Kumar Patel:

Hi, there a scam happened to me, I joined dataisgood’s data science, Data analyst course with guaranteed job placement. In month of September I got enroll and from November they started my first batch of Excel and Classes were held for just one month and then did not happen. Before this while enrolling they asked me to send my Addhar card l, Pan card bank statement, for enrollment but without telling me they submit my all document to Credit Fair company that provides loan, without getting me in this matter, And my EMIs were being paid every month when ever I asked about “From when will be the classes are” they always say from next week or maybe more than and 50+ students are there with my batch everyone facing same problem with Dataisgood institution. Than I decided I want to cancel the course which they say you can cancel if you not like it and with money back guarantee. But now they say it’s not possible.

I lost my job high paying job and joined with minimum paying so that I can manage timing for this class. and now there is “No classes” but Loan company (Credit fair) is forcing me to pay that loan amount of 105000₹ to dataisgood. And also the loan company also say they not have a cancellation policy.
I just trapped in these scammers net which forcing me to do this course anyway, who first tried to catch students in their scam web and committed them to take loan for their course. There were about 50 students in my batch and many wants to cancel they not responding if someone asked for course cancellation.

I just wanted to cancel this course and wants that return back the disbursed amount to creditfair and cancel my course along with EMI. They only needs to send a cancellation request to the loan company. But they are just fraudsters maybe. The dataisgood counselor also giving me fake promise that I can give you job that help you to pay EMI but it’s fake no job at all. Please help me to get rid of my loan.

  1. Same happened with me.
i recently resigned from my job to upskill myself and i was search about course online and i have submitted my details online. i received many calls from institutions and i have not joined because of high fee. and one person from dataisgood called me regarding course. explained course details and fee structure as it is i high, i’ve not joined and after someday again, a person call from dataisgood mentioning she is student team lead or something and i explained why i was not joining course.
as i was going with some other EMI’s, so i couldn’t manage to pay addition EMI so i’m not joining course.
but she said she will help me to get job collected my resume and linkedin proflie. next day she said i need to complete the registration and i need to pay 3000/-. so that after completeing application she will forward my profile to placement or some other internal links of her. she collected my documents to complete loan application process and it was totally completed and it’s since 5 days. i’ve not received any call and daily she is saying interview is scheduled and i’ll receive call and i was not received and i got doubt and i messaged her regarding refund and i don’t want to continue with course. she said she’ll help me but after next she messaged me as she is on sick leave for 2days after that she not responded to messages and i was trying to connect with her. she also shared her personal number. i’m trying to contact her but she is saying if call her on personal number. she will file case against me.now i feel helpless. you can mail me here .
