I have booked Zoomcar on 27th July 2018 for 28th July 2018. The car engine was not in good condition, during the journey the car got stopped. I called the Zoomcar and lodge complaint. They send a tow vehicle and for that, on my app, they charged 10,000 Rs as vehicle damaged fee. I called customer care and asked for the reason. They said that you can ignore the amount, the vehicle is in inspection it will be settled out. They also mentioned that they will call me back.
First I got bad service, in between the road the car stopped working. Zoomcar has provided a pre-damaged car for me. I have to spend 6000 Rs to come back though I have paid for the whole trip to Zoom car. Also, they have added a late fee (600 Rs) as well.
Now suddenly on the 5th of October after 1.5 months I got a message for recovery notice of the amount 1,10,501Rs.
This is harassment. For no reason, I am getting such a message and email.
First of all, I have to manage my returning from some new place because of the damaged car provided then I am asked for such a big amount.
