A few days back we placed An Order (Bookmytab) Website In (Wizpad s5) Android Tab, And We paid Money RstRs 3999.20to Them Before The Delivery Because They Don’t Accept Cash on Delivery. In the Date of 8th August 2020 We Received The parcel from Courier Service and Opened it And We Got A Used And also A damaged Product, After We try to Contact Customer service But Still they Didn’t Respond to Me.
After we Searched In Google About That Website, At the Time we got Some Phone Number Related To Bookmytab Website, And after We contact to them But They Don’t asking About Tab Or Information Related To Refund The product…The asking To Install A Q(Support Application) From Playstore And Accessing My Mobile Operation To their System after They Asking to me. Sir Please Open Your Phonepe or Googlepay To Enter Your Pin number And Check your Bank Balance, But We Don’t Do That. After We Inform To Yours. Please Try to resolve My Issue
