I ordered a pack of 8 bra panty set from

I had ordered push up bra and panty of good quality but I got only two bras in the delivery pack and that two of very poor quality cheap and defected pieces. on cash on delivery option on 4th Feb I receive the delivery by given him 500 rupees cash to the delivery boy and in front of delivery boy when I open the box so these bra I received with poor and cheap defective qualities I even show the pieces to delivery by also and when I told him to return my money back and take your piece back then delivery boy said mam this is not from our side this is from company side please complaint to the company . when I mail him they not revert me back and I found that mail ID is also wrong mail ID so I don’t have any option to get my money back . if this is happened me so definitely it’s happened to lot of people so that fraud scam is about crores of rupees happening by online from this site.
I want a compensation
